Since its founding in 2015, LEAPENERGY has achieved key milestones in battery innovation and production. With CNAS-certified labs, multiple high-capacity plants, and over 500,000 packs delivered by 2024, the company demonstrates strong R&D, manufacturing excellence, and rapid growth in the EV battery sector.
LEAPENERGY operates a global battery manufacturing network with facilities in China, Europe, and Southeast Asia. With five battery plants in China and expansion plans in Slovakia and Southeast Asia, LEAPENERGY targets an annual capacity of over 4 million battery packs by 2030, covering both vehicle and non-vehicle applications.

Process features: Adopting automated and flexible production lines, compatible with the production of various battery products; Equipped with an integrated MES system, it achieves functions such as error prevention, 100% full inspection, and data traceability during the assembly process.
18 battery production lines with a production capacity of 270000 packs/year. In 2024.8, factory 3 (Wuyi factory) began production, with a total production capacity of 420000 packs/year.
The plan is to build 530000 packs/year in the fourth battery factory within 25 years, with a total production capacity of 950000 packs/year.
LEAPENERGY’s battery pack sales have shown strong year-on-year growth, reaching 292,200 units in 2024—double that of 2023. Monthly delivery volumes also demonstrate consistent increases throughout the year, reflecting rising demand and robust supply capacity across global markets
